Join in this 4-hour workshop on ADHD for Gestaltists

Date: Wednesday, 8 April 2026

Time: 5pm - 9pm Central European Time (8am - Noon Pacific Time)

Location: Zoom

Gestalt Therapy’s focus on awareness, without trying to fix or change, is well matched to the needs of neurodivergent patients and clients. Understanding the common attributes and vast diversity of distinct neurotypes is a cultural competence that is often overlooked in psychotherapy and psychotherapy training. As Gestalt Therapists, learning about ADHD can enrich our ground and support us in better serving the ADHD patients we work with.

In this workshop, Jen will draw from her clinical and personal experiences, the lived experiences of others, and current research. The workshop will begin with foundational education on ADHD. Then, with an understanding of the ADHD neurotype as a feature of the ground, we’ll explore ways of experiencing the world through the lens of the field-emergent self. We’ll focus on the practice of Gestalt Therapy with ADHD patients, including the phenomenological experience of the therapist.

You can read more about your trainer, Jen Leong, here.

~This workshop will not be recorded.~
